Jobs, jobs, jobs…

I am currently employed part-time in a seasonal customer service representative job at a large call center.  I was recruited for and have passed a phone screen interview and will be doing my face-to-face interview today for a temporary tech support call center job. And several entry-level/transitional opportunities in business analyst, techincal analyst and apprentice software developer have all shown up on my radar.

Has anyone else noticed that with the economy running at virtually full employment, employers seem to be more willing to hire the non-traditional entry-level canidates?
